Most tutorials teach you how to build software. Very few teach you what happens after. This series is about the mindset, questions, and decisions that separate software that just works from software that keeps working.
After 20+ years of building production systems, leading engineering teams, and watching software behave in ways nobody predicted, I kept noticing the same gap. Developers who could build impressive things, but had never been taught to think about what happens once that software meets the real world.
That gap is what this series is about.
The moment that changes everything
You've built the app. It works on your machine. The tests pass. And yet something feels incomplete.
That feeling has a name. It's the gap between code that runs and code that survives the real world.

Why this series exists
I started this series because I kept noticing a pattern. Developers who could build impressive things, but had never been taught to think about what happens after the build.
